Refund policy

We do accommodate exchanges and refunds of hair extensions that are in the original packaging condition (resell-able condition) as it was when shipped from us. The hair cannot be combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored or altered in any way. (Original ties must remain intact as it was received by the customer, LACE MUST NOT BE CUT). Exchanges may be done within the 14 days of receiving your order. 

Human hair extensions are a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
